To become a member of LV Singles, Inc. website (hereafter known as "the site") requires the individual to be at least 18 years of age. A members Subscription Plan can be terminated at any time and without prior notice.

LV Singles, Inc. provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (hereafter known as "TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. The use of the site is for the purpose of contacting adults who wish to be contacted. Abuse or misuse of this policy, including, but not limited to, harassing, stalking, or any other inappropriate behavior will terminate the members account. Verifying the information a member submits on his/her profile is the responsibility of the inquiring member. LV Singles, Inc. will not be held liable for any activities between members and does not guarantee the accuracy of any profile submitted and/or approved.

• You agree not to express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by LV Singles, Inc., unless otherwise approved by written consent.
• You must use this service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree that LV Singles, Inc. is not responsible for lost, deleted, modified, corrupted, or failure to store any messages or content maintained or transmitted from and/or to this site.
• You agree not to reproduce or reverse engineer any portion of this site.
• You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the site or the servers or networks connected to the site.
• You agree that features on the site may be added and/or changed at any time and for any reason.
• You agree not to transmit any viruses or attempt to send corrupt information in any messages or content maintained or transmitted from and/or to this site.
• You agree not to use any information obtained from use of this site to compete with LVSingles, Inc. or any site controlled and/or operated by LVSingles, Inc.

• LV Singles, Inc. reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if any content on the site is found to be illegal.
• Member profiles may not include contact information, including, but not limited to, email addresses and personal contact information (including any and all telephone numbers, addresses, or last names).
• You warrant and represent to LVSingles that the information or content you provide in your profile is posted by You and that you are the sole author of your profile.
• You agree to represent yourself and not any organization or group, affiliate, trust, or any other type of association or any other group that represents more than one person.
• You agree not to use meta tags, code, or other devices containing any reference to the site, or LV Singles, Inc., in order to direct any person to any other web site or other destination for any purpose.
• Any content that refers or implies inappropriate language or illegal behavior or situations is not appropriate and can be removed. LV Singles reserves the right to alter the content of the Members profile.
• Pictures that are submitted must contain at least one (1) representation of the Member to whom the account belongs. You agree not to post any nude pictures or pictures that contain personal contact information.
• Submitted pictures are reviewed within 24-48 hours of initial submittal.
• You agree that LV Singles, Inc. has the right to terminate or delete your account for being "inactive". "Inactive" means that you have not signed in to the site for a period of time, determined by LV Singles, Inc., in our sole discretion. The period of time that LV Singles, Inc. currently considers a period of time that is "inactive" is 3 months. If you do not login to the site at least once with a 3 month period of time, LV Singles, Inc. reserves the right to deactivate your account and/or remove your profile from the site.
• Any content referring to other sites and/or advertising of other sites is subject to removal, since the purpose of becoming a member of this site is to meet people through LVSingles.

You may not publish any material this is governed under copyright laws to any part of this site unless prior permission has been obtained. A notarized copy of the written permission to use copyrighted material must be emailed to support@lvsingles.com or faxed to (702) 878-4331.

A Subscriber is the individual who has access to the premium features of the site by means of a paid or free Subscription Plan. Any Subscriber of LV Singles, Inc. must meet and agree to the following requirements:

• You must be of legal age of majority in your state, country, or region.
• You must be the legal owner of the credit card you use to conduct payments. Credit card of a friend, relative or any other person, or entity is not valid.
• You authorize LV Singles, Inc. to charge your credit card for the services provided by the site.
• As determined by your Subscription Plan, subscription fees may be automatically renewed at the end of the original term selected, for a similar period of time. If during the first seven (7) days the Subscriber has used any of the Premium Features and as such has materially benefited from the non-refundable services of the site, then a refund will not be given for the first billing period of the Subscription Plan. Unless and until a membership is cancelled, you authorize LV Singles, Inc. to charge your credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.
• At any time, and without cause, subscription may be terminated by LV Singles, Inc., the site, or by the paid Subscriber. When the paid Subscriber requests termination, the paid subscriber is liable for all charges until the term of the Subscription expires.
• Only the Subscriber can use the account, otherwise LV Singles, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the Subscription without refund.
• All Subscription Plan rates are in US dollars (USD). All sales are final.
• Accounts are not transferable or subject to sale.

Subscribers can cancel their Subscription Plan at any time and for any reason. Please specify the reason why you want to cancel, and follow the cancel link which we provide through the Members Home Page. Recurring rates are guaranteed to the original Subscriber from the start of the first billing period of the recurring Subscription Plan until the Subscription Plan is terminated by the Subscriber or by LV Singles, Inc. Canceling a Subscription Plan disables all Premium Features. All cancellations and refunds can only be done online using the cancel links; cancellation via phone, fax, postal mail, or any other forms not described here are not accepted. We have the right to keep account information indefinitely. Refund amount is the amount you originally paid and not the current rate. A billing period is the amount of time purchased at the subscription plan price. Subscriber has seven (7) days from the time the initial subscription plan begins to request a refund. However, if during the seven (7) days the Subscriber has used any of the Premium Features, as described in the Terms and Conditions, and as such has materially benefited from the non-refundable services of the site, then a refund will not be given for the first billing period of the Subscription Plan. Only the original Subscriber of the account or a Legal Representative of the Subscriber can cancel a subscription or request a refund. No refunds will be given after seven (7) days from the start of the first billing period. Subscriber will be billed whether or not Subscriber has used any of the services provided by the website. When the paid Subscriber requests termination, the paid Subscriber is liable for all charges until the term of the Subscription Plan expires. Changes to a Subscribers current Subscription Plan will be processed after the completion of the term of the current Subscription Plan. Charges to your credit card will show billing from "LV Singles, Inc.".

Any member reported to LV Singles for acts of verbal abuse or profanity via email, chat, or any other form of communication through the site can be dealt with in any of the following ways: banned from future use of the site, their subscription terminated, their account deleted, and/or any other action deemed necessary by any representative of LV Singles, Inc. to stop and/or prevent any future acts. Any uses of the site other than for what the site is intended can be deemed as abusive.

The Services offered by LV Singles, Inc. are offered on an "as is" basis. LV Singles, Inc. does not guarantee that this service will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays or interruptions in the availability of Services that are beyond the control of LV Singles, Inc. You acknowledge that the use of this site is at your own risk.

LV Singles, Inc. is not liable for content or availability of other sites that are advertised from this site.

You understand and agree that LVSingles, Inc. may review and delete any content, messages, chat messages, email, video, audio, photos, profiles, or any other multimedia content that in the sole judgement of LVSingles, Inc. violate this agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of members.

You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display on the service or transmit to other members.

By posting content to any site controlled, owned, or operated by LVSingles Inc., you automatically grant, and due represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to LVSingles, Inc. an irrevocable, perpetual, non exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sub licenses of the foregoing.

Communications from Customer Support and/or other personnel at LV Singles, Inc. are provided for entertainment purposes and are not intended, and should not be taken, as specific advice in any particular circumstance. Any communications do not constitute counseling of any kind. Members with personal problems or who may be seeking personal advice applicable to their personal situation, must consult with a qualified professional counselor with respect to any and all such issues. You do not hold LV Singles, Inc. liable for any communications made on or off the site via telephone, facsimile, or any other form of communication.  

All members not residents of the United States agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, those laws concerning the transmission of data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Software from this web site is subject to United States export controls. No software may be downloaded from the web site or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria, or any other Country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods; or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By joining LVSingles you automatically opt-in to all optional mailers that are used as informational, as notification, as instructional, or as otherwise indicated by the description of the mailer. ALL MEMBERS CAN OPT-OUT OF OPTIONAL MAILERS. To opt-out of a mailer, go to the Member Home Page and click on the "Mailer Opt-In/Out" link and deselect a mailer to opt-out of it. If you have any problems with a particular mailer, please do not hesitate to notify LVSingles support staff at support@lvsingles.com. All optional emails that are sent from LVSingles have a link at the bottom of the page that will allow you to "instantly" opt-out of that mailer. By participating in an LVSingles local event, you agree that any pictures, audio, and/or video recordings of the event that include you in the media may be reproduced, displayed, modified, or otherwise altered in a manner deemed appropriate by LVSingles for use on the site as an example of a local event in order to encourage members who have not attended or who have attended a prior local event to participate in a future local event. Members attending a local event must adhere to any local and/or state laws that a particular event may be subject which may include, but not be limited to, a minimum age requirement. You acknowledge that certain local events may require you to be at least 21 years of age to attend.

Member is the individual who has joined LVSingles or any of the websites owned by LV Singles, Inc.
Subscriber is the individual who purchased a Subscription Plan. Subscribers are Members.
Billing period is the amount of time purchased at the Subscription Plan price.
Premium Features are the services enabled for Subscribers. These features include, but are not limited to, the following: Member to Member Messaging, Member Blocking List, Member Favorites List, Chat.
